ABSU GETS MORE BOOK DONATIONS

Another batch of Books covering a wide range of subjects in Philosophy and Psychology has been donated to the Abia State University Uturu (ABSU) by the Goodwill Association of Nigeria, an  Educational Institution linked with World Goodwill New York, USA.

Receiving the donation in his office, the Vice-Chancellor Distinguished Professor Onyemachi M. Ogbulu on behalf of the Governing Authorities and entire Staff and Students thanked the Goodwill Association for the donation and support towards Educational development in the University.

According to him, their kind gesture will deepen the relationship between Goodwill Association and Abia State University for the overall benefit of both Institution and the State at large.

Earlier while making the donation, the Executive Chairman of Goodwill Association Dr Dax M. Uzu (AIG) rtd commended the Vice-Chancellor Distinguished Professor Onyemachi M.Ogbulu for his achievements since assumption in office, adding that Goodwill Association is dedicated to Educational development and Humanitarian activities as well as peace building.

The donation he explained is part of their contribution to improve the quality of Education in the country pointing out that some other Universities have equally received their own set of books.

Recall that a US based organization Fundacion Padre Juan Schewk also recently made some donation of a large consignment of books and stationeries to the University to support the International collaboration agenda of the administration of the Vice- Chancellor Distinguished Professor Onyemachi Ogbulu.

 The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) Administration Professor Ogbonna Onuoha, Registrar Dr Acho Elendu and the Bursar, Mr Chuks Vine were present during the donation.
