ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY CONDOLES WITH THE GOVERNOR, OKEZIE VICTOR IKPEAZU Ph.D, ON DEATH OF HON. COMMISSIONER FOR ENVIRONMENT

The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council, Abia State University, His Excellency, Senator Adolf Wabara, has on behalf of the Governing Council condoled with the Governor and Visitor to the University, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, Ph.D on the sudden and unfortunate demise of the Hon. Commissioner for Environment, Abia State, Dr. Solomon Ogunji.

His Excellency, Senator Adolf Wabara, described the death as very tragic and painful and a big loss to the Governor, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, who had a flourishing relationship with the deceased from childhood, as well as, the State Government.
In his contribution, the Vice-Chancellor, Distinguished Professor E. Uche Ikonne, described Dr. Ogunji as hardworking and dedicated, who was committed to the realization of the Divine Mandate of the Governor in Abia State and who acquitted himself in all the positions he occupied in the State.

On behalf of Management, Senate, Staff and Students of the University, the Vice-Chancellor prayed the Almighty God to grant the Governor, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, Ph.D, members of the State Executive Council and the bereaved family the strength and disposition to bear this irreplaceable loss.
